Not because it rules the sky, but because it refuses to live beneath its potential. Eagles don’t waste energy fighting every crow that chirps at them. They rise higher until the noise disappears.
That’s a lesson I’ve had to learn in leadership and in life. You don’t answer every critic. You don’t chase every distraction. You keep climbing.
Sometimes growth isn’t about becoming stronger it’s about gaining enough perspective to know what deserves your attention and what doesn’t.
The Climb isn’t about reaching the top. It’s about becoming the kind of person who belongs there.
